ASUS releases blade card GTX 1650: rare with built-in backplane
Asus recently released two GTX 1650 graphics cards with a half-height blade design. It is rare for a card of this level to be equipped with a backplane.
The two card models are GTX1650-4G-LP-BRK and GTX1650-O4G-LP-BRK. The difference is only in the core frequency. The former has a gaming frequency of 1665MHz (public version standard) and an overclocking frequency of 1695MHz, while the latter has a gaming frequency of 1710MHz and an overclocking frequency of 1740MHz. The performance can be improved by about 3%.
The overall design of the two is exactly the same, both are half-height PCBs, equipped with the same aluminum fins, two IP5X dust-proof fans, and a complete backplane cooling system.
The backplane is often the standard feature of flagship cards. When used on such a compact mainstream card, it is obviously not used for reinforcement, but more for protection and to assist in heat dissipation. After all, although the power consumption and heat generation of the GTX 1650 are not large, the heat is easily concentrated when the card is small.

Since the power consumption does not exceed 75W, the auxiliary power supply interface is not needed, and the video output interface is a DVI-D, an HDMI 2.0b, a DisplayPort 1.4, plus support for 4Kp60 With H.265/VP9 hardware codec and HDR10 content support, it is perfect for HTPC.
The price is currently unknown, but it will definitely be more expensive than the ordinary GTX 1650, and it will definitely be more expensive than the ordinary knife version of the GTX 1650.
