In order to use Tencent's services, you should read and abide by the "Tencent Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") and the "QQ Number Rules". Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the contents of each clause, especially the clauses exempting or limiting liability, and separate agreements for activating or using a certain service. Restrictions and disclaimers may be highlighted in bold to remind you to pay attention.
Unless you have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use the services provided by Tencent. Your use of Tencent's services is deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the above agreement.
If you are under 18 years old, please read this agreement accompanied by a legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors.
1. [Scope of Agreement]
1.1 This agreement is an agreement between you and Tencent regarding the user's use of Tencent-related services. "Tencent" refers to Tencent and its related services that may have operating affiliates. "User" refers to the person who uses Tencent's related services, and is more commonly referred to as "you" in this Agreement.
1.2 The services under this Agreement refer to the products and services provided by Tencent to users, including but not limited to instant messaging, online media, Internet value-added, interactive entertainment, e-commerce and advertising (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
1.3 The content of this agreement also includes the "QQ Number Rules" (link address: http://zc.qq.com/chs/agreement1_chs.html), and when you use a specific Tencent service, the service may have a separate agreement, relevant business rules, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "separate agreement"). Once the above content is officially released, it will become an integral part of this Agreement and you shall also abide by it. Your acceptance of any of the foregoing business rules and separate agreements shall be deemed your acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety.
2. [Account and Password Security]
2.1 You may need to register an account when using Tencent's services. Regarding the specific rules for using your account, please abide by the "QQ Number Rules" and a separate agreement.
2.2 Tencent reminds you to keep your account and password properly. When you are done using it, you should exit safely. Your account may be hacked or your password may be stolen due to poor storage, and you shall be solely responsible for this.
3. [Protection of User Personal Information]
3.1 The protection of users’ personal information is a basic principle of Tencent.
3.2 During the process of registering an account or using this service, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in your true identity information. If the information you fill in is incomplete, you will not be able to use this service or will be restricted during use.
3.3 Under normal circumstances, you can browse and modify the information you submitted at any time, but for security and identification (such as number appeal service) considerations, you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration.
3.4 Tencent will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a complete management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
3.5 Tencent will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual other than Tencent without your consent, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
3.6 Tencent attaches great importance to the protection of minors’ personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the written consent of your parent or legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as the "guardian") before using Tencent's services.
4. [How to use this service]
4.1 Unless you agree otherwise with Tencent, you agree that this service is only for your personal, non-commercial use.
4.2 You should use this service through the methods provided or approved by Tencent. The rights you acquire under the terms of this Agreement are non-transferable.
4.3 You shall not use plug-ins, plug-ins or third-party tools that are not authorized by Tencent to interfere, destroy, modify or exert other effects on the services under this Agreement. < div > Tencent will do its best to provide you with services and ensure the continuity and security of the services; however, Tencent cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical and other risks at any time, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss and other losses and risks that may be caused by force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions and other reasons.
6. [Prepare your own equipment]
6.1 You should understand that when using Tencent’s services, you need to prepare your own terminal equipment (such as computers, modems, etc.) related to relevant services, and bear the required expenses (such as telephone charges, Internet access charges, etc.).
6.2 You understand and agree that when you use this service, your terminal equipment, bandwidth and other resources will be consumed.
